My name is Katelyn. I am a 25 year old writer and artist and I live in the fine city of Austin, Texas. I have a half-pink mohawk and a raging caffeine addiction. One of my favorite pastimes is making jokes about things that probably aren’t funny.

If you know me in real life, you may or may not know about my D.I.D., and you may or may not know names and specific traits of any of my “alter” personalities. I guess, if you didn’t know about that stuff, you do now. You have actually probably met several “mes” that were not actually me. Generally, everyone “inside” understands that life is a lot less confusing and chaotic if we answer to one name and pretend to be one linear, albeit totally confusing, individual person. After all, we’re not particularly interested in showing off this fun trick our brain can do just for the shock value. Mostly, we just are trying to make it through this life, same as anyone else.

I’m not going to write down a detailed system map for y’all because most of my “head folks” are under 18 and also severely traumatized, and it just doesn’t feel appropriate. But I’ll give y’all names and ages, just for context.
